1. Scope of Services
1.1. The Company provides laboratory and/or genetic analysis services, including but not limited to DNA testing, sample processing, and reporting of results.
1.2. Services are performed based on the information and materials provided by the Client and in accordance with applicable scientific standards and internal protocols.
2. Orders and Acceptance
2.1. All service requests submitted by the Client, whether in writing, electronically, or through submission of samples, shall constitute a binding order.
2.2. Once accepted by the Company, such orders cannot be cancelled or modified without prior written agreement.
2.3. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices for services are provided upon request, quotation, or as published by the Company.
3.2. All prices are subject to variation due to factors including, but not limited to, market conditions, material costs, technological requirements, and external supplier pricing.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to acceptance of an order or, where justified, during execution with prior notice to and acceptance from the Client.
3.4. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms shall be as stated in the invoice. Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional charges.
4. Samples and Client Responsibilities
4.1. The Client is responsible for the proper collection, labeling, storage, and shipment of samples.
4.2. The Company shall not be liable for issues arising from improper handling, contamination, or degradation prior to receipt.
5. Limitations on Results
5.1. The Company applies validated scientific methods and quality control procedures; however, results cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
5.2. In particular, the Company does not guarantee successful analysis where samples are:

degraded,
-
insufficient in quantity,
-
contaminated, or
-
otherwise unsuitable for testing.
5.3. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to:
-
reprocess the sample where possible, or
-
propose alternative solutions in good faith.
6. Use of Genetic and Analytical Data
6.1. By submitting samples, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
-
Generated data, including genetic and analytical data, may be used internally for quality control, validation, and service improvement purposes.
6.2. The Company may also use anonymized or non-identifiable data for:
-
scientific research,
-
method development,
-
internal testing, and
-
academic or scientific publications.
6.3. Under no circumstances will identifiable personal data be disclosed publicly without explicit consent, in line with applicable data protection laws.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
7.1. The Company shall process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
7.2. All data is handled with appropriate confidentiality and security measures, consistent with standard industry practices .
8. Liability
8.1. The Company’s liability is limited to the performance of the agreed services using reasonable care and skill.
8.2. The Company shall not be liable for:

indirect or consequential damages,
-
losses arising from misuse of results, or
-
decisions made based on analytical outcomes.
9. Amendments
9.1. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
