Whole genome DNA profile

Whole-genome sequencing in all bird species. Using these data, it is possible to assess parentage, identify genes of interest, perform sex determination, and select breeding pairs in ways that minimize inbreeding levels or enhance desirable traits. This enables informed selective breeding management based on genetic data.

The results can be integrated into the "Breeders Database" service (please inquire about pricing), which allows parentage analysis among all individuals already included in the database from previous submissions.

Samples must consist of blood preserved in ethanol.
